We want you to love your Contempee pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and are eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
